Meet Aylin — where strategy meets spirituality.
I’m Aylin Stolpa, founder of Lemurium™ and a ThetaHealing® and Innerspeak™ Practitioner and Instructor.
With a background in law and six years in the corporate world, I’ve worked in customer-facing and supplier-facing roles and led teams of different sizes. I understand the demands of delivering results, navigating relationships and making decisions under pressure.
Leadership courses, mentors and coaches gave me valuable knowledge. Yet I still wondered why I sometimes questioned myself, procrastinated or repeated familiar patterns, even when I knew how I wanted to show up.
That curiosity led me to explore alternative approaches. For me, spirituality became the missing piece — helping me recognise limiting beliefs and patterns I hadn’t realised were influencing my choices.
As I quietly integrated these practices into my corporate and personal life, I became a more grounded leader. I found it easier to make decisions without repeatedly second-guessing myself, led my team with greater ease and felt more focused as the background noise in my mind became quieter.
The shifts reached into my career and relationships. I began recognising when I was getting in my own way and finding new ways to respond.

Three years into my corporate career, I began exploring the beliefs and patterns beneath my approach to work. As I integrated spiritual practice into my professional life, my experience of leadership changed. The next three years were my most successful — and my most peaceful.
That experience is at the heart of Lemurium™. My mission is to bring strategy and spirituality together for leaders, founders and people carrying responsibility — wherever they lead.

The name
What does Lemurium mean?
The name Lemurium is inspired by Lemuria, an ancient Roman festival associated with acknowledging and appeasing spirits of the departed.
For Lemurium, this inspiration represents honouring what has been, releasing what no longer serves, and creating space for what comes next — a philosophy at the heart of our approach to personal growth and transformation.
